SoundHouz is happy to provide all the help in audio and visual rental industry. We compiled and prepared a set of frequently asked questions. If you can’t find an answer here, feel free to contact us or WhatsApp us directly.
What is the Fastest Time you can set up?
Our standard Lead Time is 2 working days. However, we prefer order-confirmation at least 2 weeks before any event, especially for bigger events that need Truss, Stage or Gen-Set (Installation & Licensing need time).
For easy items (i.e. 2 speakers, 2 mics, and mixer set) we can deliver in 4 hour notice*.

What are the available payment methods?
We accept bank transfer and cash. When we send you the quotation, details of payment method and details will be listed accordingly.
Is deposit needed?
Yes, for all big size events. Once the order is confirmed, 50% of deposit is required to lock down the rental period. The balance will be collected on-the-spot when we deliver the equipments.
Can I pay full amount in single transaction?
Yes. We accept full payment anytime before the installation commence.
What is the Delivery and Installation period?
Normally we install the system one-day before the event if the event starts early the next-day.
For malls, hotels, and private residence, the work schedule is arranged according to the owner / management of premise. We advise you give us at least 1 week upon confirmation of order.
If it’s a huge event, we might decide to come in 2weeks before the event.
Transportation & labour fees incurred?
Yes, transportation fees and labour charges are calculated in every rental job.
We have very affordable rate of transport and installtion around Kuala Lumpur, and Selangor. Outstations job usually inccur higher rate in transport and installation.
Can you guys work overtime?
Yes, we do take overtime jobs often. However, extra charges on labour fees may incur.
Ex. Shopping malls jobs may only allow us to start installing after 11:00p.m.
Night parties, or late trainings, our crew will stand by accordingly.
Just let us know earlier, we will make necessary arrangements.
Do you provide site-survey?
Yes, we encourgae site-visit for all the events. This helps us to better understand the flow, installation outcome, and put in our expert consultation.
Oh yes, it’s FREE as well.
Do you provide programs and plannings?
No, we do not provide event planning at the moment. However, we do provide talents such as emcee, live bands, singers, dancers, models, artists, comedians etc.
What are the preparations needed from client side?
Clients need to secure the venue, apply necessary permits if any, provide us with the schematic 2D drawings (3D is optional), event start-to-end dates.
If you have definite item list to rent, we offer the items accordingly. If you are not sure what item to rent, our experts will provide you necessary system reference according to your budget.
